I am an aerial and movement artist, and a shiatsu practitioner based in the Peak District near Sheffield.

Whether suspended in the air, grounded on the shiatsu mat, or within the stillness of performance, I create spaces for you to listen - to your body, your breath, your being. To move, to be moved, to rest in the quiet moment and meet yourself as you are.

I work locally, across the UK, and throughout Europe, and welcome connection wherever you may be.
