I offer private aerial classes, group aerial classes and transformative workshops in aerial movement.

I have a holistic and supportive approach to teaching aerial, drawing on my practice as a shiatsu therapist and movement artist. My classes are LGBT +, queer and trans gender friendly.

For over 10 years, I ran a rope and silks class on a Thursday in Bristol. Having recently relocated, I am now teaching for Greentop Circus Centre in Sheffield on a monday evening.

Circus City 2025: Bodies of Care

Sunday 26th October, Bristol, UK

A workshop for circus performers and movers of all disciplines. Exploring listening to yourself and how you feel, as a starting point for movement, expression and play. This workshop will include, movement, shiatsu massage and sharing within the group.

Circus City invites you to bring yourself and your equipment for an afternoon of circus self-care.

Open to dance and circus practitioners of all levels, both professional and enthusiasts 18+. Limited spaces!

The call of the sensual

A technique and movement workshop in rope and silks

In this workshop you will learn vertical aerial techniques and transform them into your own unique movement expressions.

In the morning, we will explore a holistic approach to learning aerial vocabulary and sequences, which gives time and permission to discover and express how they feel for you.

In the afternoon, the sensual experience becomes our focus, by this I do NOT mean “sexy”, although sexuality is welcome, but exploring what more is at play when we move in the air and in contact with the rope or silks: be it emotion, memory, feeling, spirituality or materiality.

Aerial movement is a beautiful and impactful way to express ourselves. This workshop creates a supportive space to experience this and share alongside others in the group. There will be a led warm up, movement, aerial, bodywork exploration and partner massage cool down. The process aims to be nourishing, energising and liberating.

This workshop is for aerialists improver to advanced level 18 years +. If you are unsure if it is suitable for you or have any questions, please do not hesitate to be in touch.
